We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Technology Delivery Manager to lead application teams supporting DMC China’s Corporate technology portfolio. This role sits within GTS and is responsible for technology delivery across Corporate Functions, Corporate Finance, Billing, and Regulatory Reporting platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong people and delivery leader with a passion for financial services technology, a solid understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business strategy into effective technology execution. This role requires managing multiple application teams of software engineers and system engineers, responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting a modern, cloud‑native technology stack.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop a strong understanding of business vision and corporate technology strategy, and translate them into clear delivery priorities and execution plans
- Lead and manage multiple cross‑functional application teams to deliver enterprise‑grade business applications with high quality and efficiency
- Own delivery execution across projects and initiatives, including resource planning, prioritization, timelines, and risk management
- Partner closely with global stakeholders across regions to align on requirements, solution approaches, and delivery commitments
- Drive continuous improvement of team operating models, delivery processes, and engineering practices to improve efficiency and predictability
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies and architectural patterns to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements
- Ensure stable production support, operational excellence, and continuous enhancement of critical corporate platforms
- Support broader GTS and DMC China objectives by contributing to delivery governance, talent development, and organizational maturity

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in software development across multiple technology stacks (Java / Java EE experience preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing full‑function application development teams with proven enterprise delivery outcomes
- 3+ years of experience working in a global delivery model with close collaboration across regions
- Experience designing, building, and deploying systems on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with data and computation platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders
- Independent thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
- Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is required
- Experience with AI / GenAI technologies is a strong plus
