Who we are looking for:

Associate 1 Operational tax is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate execution and reporting of tax reclaim filling for our clients’ accounts (funds).

We perform all operational functions required to produce the back and middle office products and services that clients have contracted with State Street to provide.

What you will be responsible for:

As operational tax primarily responsible for the timely and accurate execution and reporting of tax reclaim filling for our clients’ accounts (funds). The role is to prepare tax reclaim forms on behalf of the individual beneficiary and responsible to fill tax reclaim file with sub custodian or directly with the tax authority, depending on market practice.

The tax operation role needs to reconcile and validate various accounts, or reviews reconciliations prepared by others to ensure the integrity of the tax reclaim file. You may also be involved with other tax processes to promote the whole tax reclaim payment progress.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • English skill qualification with CET 4 or above
  • Basical knowledge of financial products such as common stocks, dividend, tax
  • Be patient and stable in undertaking routine tasks
  • Attention to details
  • Organized and Deadline-driven
