Who are we looking for

We are looking for Developer to retain critical know how in the SPAZIO and MFX team.

What you will be responsible for

As Developer you will

• Provide technical support on the data transport procedure with SPAZIO and MFX and the other applications owned by the Italy IT Owners and the external counterparties

• Performing troubleshooting and technical analysis on the SFTP, FTP, FTPs, PR4 and all other data transfer connections with the SPAZIO and MFX middleware systems and the external counterparties

• Meeting with the IT Application owners to collect and coordinate new data transfer requirements, or modification of current connections

• Using the standard State Street tools for ticketing and service management (i.e. SNOW, MFX, AIW, etc.)

• Maintaining working knowledge of technical problems and software issues

• Learning new software skills

• Collaborate with other IT teams dealing with projects

• Provide technical support and solve problems
