What We’re Looking For State Street Alpha’s End to End Product Solutions team is seeking a versatile, motivated intern with strong business analysis capabilities to support the development and enhancement of our products and services. The ideal candidate brings analytical strength, an ability to translate complex information into clear requirements, and strong communication skills.
This role plays a key part in strategic analysis, cross functional collaboration, budget support, and driving high impact initiatives across the product organization. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands on execution.

About the Team The End to End Product Solutions team brings together product development, architecture, client solution management, and product strategy, planning, and enablement.
This internship sits within the Product Strategy, Planning & Enablement group, offering exposure to leaders and partners across the broader Alpha organization.

• Key Responsibilities• Analyze strategic issues by framing key questions, structuring analyses, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for senior management.

• Independently gather, interpret, and synthesize information on strategic challenges facing the product organization and the firm.

• Review, maintain, and support updates to product roadmaps; contribute to prioritization of future enhancements and development activities.

• Coordinate and help lead AI, digital, and automation initiatives across Alpha services — from proof of concepts to execution.

• Support the creation, monitoring, and adjustment of the Alpha Services IT budget; help develop and refine product P&Ls.

• Propose and improve methods to track progress against business goals.

• Explore external product capabilities and partnership opportunities; help evaluate and advance strategic partnerships.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, data science, or related fields.

• Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear written and verbal communication for stakeholders and business leaders.

• Experience analyzing requirements, assessing capabilities, and writing clear, detailed business requirements.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Hands-on experience with AI, JIRA, Power BI, SQL, or database querying is a plus.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
