Who we are looking for:

The Operations Specialist ensures timely and accurate FX/MM payments, local regulatory reporting, and coordination with counterparties, overseas SSBT Operations, and Seoul FX Dealers.

From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

As you will:

  • Payment for FX/MM transactions & Collateral margin process
  • Confirm with direct clients for new transactions and settlement
  • Monitoring KRW in/out cash movements and reconcile EOD balance at BOK
  • Prepare RFI KRW settlement
  • Monitoring/Following up on outstanding confirmations/deal discrepancies
  • Communicate with India Collateral Ops and clients for collateral margin
  • Preform the KSD processing for collateral margin
  • Reconcile the MSB in KSD vs Collateral Manager
  • Monitor the Holdover report and investigate for any unmatched
  • Provide KRW / USD balance
  • Monitor the RFI DDA KRW balance & EAI DDA balance
  • Monitor the clients reports
  • Prepare FX related regulatory reports periodically.
  • Keep records/files related to FX/MM transactions and reports in appropriate manner

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships within location, region, division and across company.

  • Ability to balance global, regional and location-specific priorities.

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • General B.A degree required.

  • Good English writing and communication skill required.

  • Excellent MS skills (Excel/Word/Power Point) preferred
