Role Summary
The eFX QA is responsible for risk‑driven testing and release readiness of critical eFX systems. The role focuses on ensuring functional correctness, regression stability, and controlled releases for business‑critical FX workflows. The QA works closely with Development, BA, Product, and global QA teams to deliver stable, high‑quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and risk‑based testing for eFX features, enhancements, and fixes
- Own test planning, execution, and defect management in line with e
FX QA standards:
- Ensure QA exit criteria are met before moving items to READY FOR SIGN‑OFF
- Maintain traceability between Jira user stories, acceptance criteria, and test evidence
- Identify, escalate, and clearly communicate quality and release risks
- Support release validation, RC activities, and production readiness
- Contribute to QA process improvement, regression stability, and knowledge sharing Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in QA / Testing for enterprise or financial systems
- Strong understanding of risk‑based testing and regression strategies
- Hands‑on experience with Jira‑based QA workflows
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- FX or trading system experience is a strong plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Typically 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or risk analysis roles for enterprise systems.
