Be responsible for ensuring that assigned clients are completely satisfied with State Street’s services. Responsibilities include operating global markets business, providing project implementation for product start-up/conversions, and ensuring all service areas within the company deliver the best possible service in the industry.

As our investment research and trading arm, SSGM’s number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients’ portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.

What you will be responsible for:

As Front Office, Officer you will:

Representative accountabilities include:

  • Trade Verification
  • Verify all manually entered trades against source documents and/or counterparty confirmations
  • FX Transaction queue monitoring
  • Monitor the flow of all Interbank and client FX transactions through system queues
  • From inception to confirmation and settlement, with exception queue items being reviewed and auctioned as appropriate
  • Confirmation monitoring
  • Interbank and Client transactions
  • Intraday and end of day reporting
  • Use Intraday and End of Day reporting to monitor the relevant processes
  • Periodical internal control testing
  • Monthly internal/ external reporting

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, major in Finance, accounting and related
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Fast learner, self-starter
  • Internship/experience of banking industry is preferred.
  • Good at Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
