We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US International Tax Analyst (Officer) to join our Corporate Tax team. Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the Boston office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

International Tax Compliance & Provision:

  • Prepare U.S. international tax compliance filings in One Source Income Tax, including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, and 8865, along with supporting workpapers, schedules, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare international book‑to‑tax adjustments and calculations supporting U.S. foreign tax credit positions and other international tax attributes using advanced excel and Alteryx workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation of U.S. international tax provision calculations under ASC 740, including data gathering, roll‑forwards, and supporting documentation.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze financial and tax data received from foreign affiliates, regional finance teams, and external advisors.
  • Research and analyze international tax law changes and regulations for review by senior team members.
  • Collaborate with local controllers or tax professionals around the world to gather information for US tax purposes and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with other ad hoc international projects and planning.

Process Optimization & Technology Enablement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate tax processes using AI tools and data analytics platforms like Alteryx.
  • Contribute to building best-in-class tax processes by leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other intelligent automation tools.

Internal Controls & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with SOX/internal control requirements for relevant tax processes.
  • Maintain process documentation and support internal and external audit requests.

What we value

  • Working knowledge of corporate tax concepts with knowledge of or willingness to learn
  • U.S. international tax principles, including Subpart F, Net CFC Tested Income (NCTI), previously taxed earnings and profits (PTEP), and foreign tax credit regimes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to support tax reporting, planning, and decision‑making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate tax or public accounting.
  • Experience with tax software (e.g., One Source,); familiarity with automation platforms (e.g. Alteryx ) and AI tools is a plus.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
