Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Network Telecom Expense Manager reporting directly to Network Engineering Business Office. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing telecommunications and network-related expenses across the organization. You will oversee the financial lifecycle of network circuits and carrier services, including documentation, cost analysis, invoice auditing, and coordination with internal engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities will also include network circuit provisioning, carrier engagement and activation support.

What you will be responsible for

As a Network Telecom Expense Manager, you will:

  • Maintain accurate documentation an inventory of all telecommunications services, including network circuits, carrier accounts and service locations

  • Track and analyze circuit-related expenses across the enterprise to identify cost trends, billing anomalies and potential optimization opportunities

  • Develop and maintain reporting related to telecom spend, contract commitments and cost allocation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT organizations and network telecommunications initiatives

  • Advanced experience producing inventory, invoice and budget reports

  • Strong understand of WAN technologies, carrier services and telecom billing structure

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
