Who we are looking for

As Assistant Vice President you will be part of the Americas Network Management and Correspondent Banking team. You will work closely with strategic sub custody relationships across global custody services, supporting operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory alignment. You will be play a role in providing data on the Balance of Trade between agents and State Street

What you will be responsible for

As Assistant Vice President, you will

• Work directly with key custody vendors, including sub custodians and central securities depositories.
• Support network management expense budget and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to executive-level service briefings.
• Ensure accurate and timely end to end invoice processing across complex custody arrangements.
• Resolve billing exceptions and support audit readiness efforts
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance billing systems and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee the sub custody invoice process and team

• Familiarity with sub custodian expense process and Out of Pocket Processing is advantageous.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
