Job Overview:

State Street is committed to providing cutting-edge services and technical solutions for our clients. The Head of SaaS Internal Operations is a leadership role responsible for driving the operations and administration of SaaS internal teams, Hiring, Finance, Program and Enterprise integration Management, driving efficiency and effectiveness of the SaaS organization. The role will be responsible for continuous improvement of processes, systems, and methodologies across the organization to deliver innovative solutions, enhance client satisfaction, and promote operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong program management experience, and a deep understanding of SaaS, integration, staffing and finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy & Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the technology integration strategy of multiple business units across the enterprise to align and deliver end to end delivery and support.
  • Oversee and optimize the integration process for new clients, services, cross functional teams across the enterprise ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Portfolio and Program Management:

  • Maintain project portfolio for the Cloud and SaaS organization across all teams and track the progress.
  • Track and manage SaaS initiatives and drive them to successful implementation
  • Ensure transparency and alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.

Productivity Metrics and KPIs

  • Measure the productivity, performance and risks through established KPIs and metrics
  • Provide senior management with information to act on in a timely manner

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive initiatives that reduce inefficiencies.
  • Establish structure and standardize practices across the organization

Risk Management:

  • Manage risk associated with client integrations, organizational policies and objectives and ensure timely addressing of the risks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, program management, internal operations, with at least 5 years in leadership capacity.
  • 10+ years of experience in Investment management, front-office platforms
  • Experience in SaaS platform in financial services
  • Experience in managing staffing processes end to end
  • Experience in managing Finances for technology organization
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS environment and systems integration
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Client-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of client needs and how to deliver exceptional client onboarding experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $207,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
