The Job:

As a Field Sales Associate, you’ll work with T&O Commercial team working and you’ll get to:

• Responsible for sales of in assigned territory in close coordination with ASM/BM
• Execute sales processes on sales calls/territory mapping/key account mapping/coverage etc.
• Relentlessly drive sales in both primary and secondary channels.
• Responsible for Product demos at Customer sites
• Assist to deploy and execute promotions and other market initiatives in the territory.
• Relentlessly execute to grow the territory in terms of sales and profitability.
• Expand the consumer base.

• BTech (tier 2 institutes) and/or Diploma holder from good institutes (alongwith good performance in 10 & 12)Stream
• Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical-Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Production
• Qualification - first class (min 60%)
• Fulltime course
• Either freshers, or with max 2-years’ workex
• Strong orientation to sales, field job
• Active in Extracurricular (placecoms, organizing events, etc.)
