You’ll get to:
- Oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and controls for the ANZ region, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in US GAAP and local GAAP.
- Ensure balance sheet integrity and a strong control environment across the business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 direct reports, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with inventory control teams to safeguard company assets and manage inventory performance across 2 Distribution Centers and 6 3PL sites.
- Drive the month-end close process and support internal/external audit activities.
- Collaborate with Global Shared Services, business leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
- Prepare and manage actual, forecast, and budget scenarios for Distribution Center activities.
- Serve as project manager for cost reduction initiatives, working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and procurement.

You also have:
- A degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience in progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Strong command of English business language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with US GAAP; SAP and HFM experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams and the ability to work across all levels of an organisation.
