As an **Industrial Construction Specialist,**you will be part of a dedicated team based in the Northern Greater Toronto Area and reporting to the Ontario Specialty Sales Manager.

What You Will Get To Do

• Act as the main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our end users
• Visit a variety of end user job sites and tools cribs in assigned region
• Assist sales team at distribution sales events, developing new contacts, and closing sales
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and internal sales team
• Coordinate and manage of top customer purchasing
• Support our distribution network as it pertains to large user needs
• Develop new business within assigned region

Who You Are

• College or University graduate
• Experience in sales and/or marketing, with a record of demonstrated achievements
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work some weekends as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency with computer software including MS Word and Outlook
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract

What You Get

• Anticipated compensation for this role is $50,000-60,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 15% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
