Job Description:

Digital Platform Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of our digital quotation platform project. This role is ideal for candidates with an IT background who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, testing, and deployment of the digital quotation platform.
• Support project execution, including documentation, progress tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support during the platform rollout.
• Participate in process optimization and improvement initiatives related to quotation workflows.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital platforms, project management, and process optimization.
• Basic understanding of software development, system integration, or IT project workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
