Position Summary:
The T&E Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s Travel & Expense (T&E) operations with a primary focus on corporate card administration, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures efficient management of card programs, maintains operational controls, and provides high-quality support to cardholders and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of corporate card programs, including new card applications, cancellations, limit adjustments, and cardholder updates.

Monitor card usage and proactively resolve cardholder issues, working closely with the card provider.

Prepare and deliver standard and reports for management review.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational and audit purposes.

Provide day-to-day support to cardholders regarding card usage, policy questions, and system navigation.

Act as a point of contact for T&E card-related inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Participate in and contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the T&E card function.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.
Experience:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Prior exposure to T&E card program administration and Concur system is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with financial reporting and card program concepts is preferred.
Soft Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting or expense management principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (min. B2).

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support cardholders professionally.
