JOB SUMMARY

Approaches and generates leads for prospective customers, responds to inquiries about products/services, and

highlights the benefits and competitive advantages of company offerings to stimulate interest. Refers qualified

leads to direct sales representatives or teams to drive closure. Prepares activity and forecast reports, and

effectively shares customer information, inquiries, and issues across departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct sales support for important geographic areas or multiple product/service areas.

Identify revenue opportunities among existing and prospective customers.

Engage in prospecting, evaluation, and sales activities for target customers.

Prioritize customer opportunities and focus on those with the highest likelihood of success.

Create contacts, manage progress, and respond to customer inquiries.

Respond to customer requests and conduct product demos online or in person.

Resolve escalated sales-related and customer service issues.

Collaborate with SBD sales, marketing, and product/service staff to address specific customer requests.

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.

Enter and update customer information in CRM and sales funnel/order generation software accurately and on time.

Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
