The Job:

As a Logistic Officer, you’ll be part of our Commercial team working as an on-site employee.

You’ll get to:

• Handle freight inquiries.
• Handles operational inbound issues such as incoming shortages, discrepancies and claims from vendors.
• Administer and execute Logistics tasks to ensure Logistics KPIs are achieved.
• Arrange transportation for ad-hoc stock transfer.
• Manage and control spare parts stock to ensure that they are at good level and fulfillment to support Service Center.
• Update goods received and goods issued in SAP
• Perform stock count and solve stock discrepancies with root cause analysis in a timely manner.
• Update delivery status that can be fulfilled to internal/external customer customers with special highlighted if there any unexpected delayed or shortage stock.
• Ensures that all inbound documentation is submitted to Finance before month-end closing.
• Manage and support 3PL for logistic process and activity

The Person:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or logistics
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistic management and import customs clearance process
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure
• Good skill Microsoft Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word.
• Familiar with SAP in Material management module.
• Good command of English
