About Our Internship Program

Throughout your internship, you will have regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions, and receive customized training from our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Stanley Black & Decker both in the US and abroad. The interns will gain first-hand exposure to Stanley Black & Decker and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative.

The Job:

During your internship you will have the opportunity to support our Enterprise Strategy team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

· Embrace and demonstrate an Enterprise Mindset as the Enterprise Strategy organization leads, challenges and influences key decision makers at Stanley Black & Decker to prioritize the most value enhancing opportunities.

· Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal performance data to support the enterprise and business unit strategy.

· Systematically identify, aggregate, and database key market metrics relevant to our businesses leveraging automation and AI.

· Play a critical role in researching, collecting, and organizing this data to ensure the company tracks the most impactful market indicators for ongoing and future success

· Demonstrate success across systems and platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, or other company-AI tools)

The Person:

· Be a junior with a target graduation date of 2027

· Actively pursuing a Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics and/or Business Administration Degree

· Maintains strong academic credentials

· Advanced AI, Excel and Power

Point Skills:

· Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.
