What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Product Design Engineer, you’ll be part of our Taiwan Design Center team located in Taiwan. You’ll get to:

· Conduct mechanical design for hand tools.

· Collaborate with manufacturing sites and vendors to develop designs that reduce scrap/loss, enhance process capability, and ensure product consistency.

· Provide technical leadership and design for manufacturing to meet product requirements and maintain part quality at competitive costs.

· Develop product specifications, workmanship standards, and performance expectations.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Who You Are:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher, with 5-10 years of experience in product design and familiarity with the product development process.

· At least 3 years of experience in the hand tool industry.

· Proficiency in CATIA, FEM analysis, and optimization, along with familiarity with manufacturing processes.

· A minimum TOEIC score of 600 and proficiency in MS Office.

· A proactive approach to project management and experience in global teamwork (desired).
