POSTE ET MISSION

Rattaché(e) à un Category Manager Amazon et au sein de l’équipe Marketing Amazon EMEA ANZ, vous accompagnerez le Category Manager dans l’analyse des catégories et la définition de l’assortiment STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, FACOM et DEWALT. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec différentes équipes (Produit Europe/Commercialisation/ Commercial).

1. Analyse Catégorielle

• Définition des clés d’entrées : identifier les critères de segmentation des catégories en fonction des besoins et modes de pensée des consommateurs.

• Mapping Concurrentielle : réaliser un mapping des produits concurrents pour analyser les ventes, les prix et positionner nos marques.

• Analyse SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) : synthétiser les informations collectées pour guider les décisions stratégiques.

• Contribuer à la définition des montées en gamme de nos catégories

2. Évaluation des Performances Promotionnelles : analyser nos performances et celles des concurrents durant des évènements tels que Spring Sales et Prime Day.

3. Benchmarking Nouveaux lancements produits: analyser les offres concurrentes pour les nouveaux lancements produits.

4. Support Opérationnel :

• Mettre à jour les fichiers de suivi des nouveaux lancements produits.

• Suivre la commercialisation des lancements à travers les pays.

• Soumission des nouveaux prix dans notre logiciel interne

• Collecter la donnée pour mettre à jour notre dashboard de suivi des PDM (Parts de Marché)

5. Création de Supports Comparatifs: élaborer des fiches comparatives de nos produits vs la concurrence

• Bon niveau d’anglais

• Synthèse et Esprit Critique : capacité à structurer des données complexes et à formuler des recommandations pertinentes.

• Analyse : capacité à interpréter des données qualitatives et quantitatives.

• Maîtrise Outils : bonne connaissance d’Excel, PowerPoint, idéalement Power Bi

• Proactivité

• Autonomie

Ce stage offre une expérience riche et responsabilisante sur un business extrêmement dynamique. Il vous permettra de développer plusieurs compétences (agilité, analyse) et vous formera sur différents outils essentiels aux métiers du Marketing/E-Commerce.
