As a VAS Associate with LFT, you will join a dedicated team at our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. You will report to the VAS Supervisor during the AM shift, which runs from

7: 00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Utilize a PIV to accurately pick, count, and document all products to ensure inventory integrity.

  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Assist with quality assurance processes as needed to ensure product excellence.

  • Build and assemble product displays according to customer specifications and guidelines.

  • Prioritize workplace safety at all times, adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.

Who You Are

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

  • 1-2 years experience in a distribution environment

  • Forklift (PIV) Certification is a requirement

  • Must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision

  • Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands

  • Strong attention to detail is mandatory

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Must have good manual dexterity

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • experience working with an RF device is an asset

  • Flexible team player

  • Consistently punctual and reliable, supporting team success.

  • Collaborate effectively to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
