The Job:
As a Human Resources Analyst, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working as an on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
· Support the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for employees across different categories and classifications.
· Gather, organize, maintain, and update candidate and employee data and records.
· Coordinate appointments for medical, psychometric, and socioeconomic assessments for selected finalist candidates.
· Build and maintain new hire files, ensuring all required documentation is complete according to the personal information checklist.
· Capture and digitize new employee information and upload records into TRESS and other applicable HR systems.
· Process new hire transactions in Workday and TRESS in accordance with company policies and supporting documentation.
· Prepare and organize required documentation for audits, including those related to tax authorities, immigration authorities, IMSS, STPS, ISO, and other compliance requirements.
· Provide general HR support for training activities, reports, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
· Administer employee services such as badges, transportation, cafeteria, lockers, PPE, uniforms, and related support.
· Support engagement and climate surveys, follow-up action plans, and HR reporting while maintaining compliance with ethics, conduct, and regulatory training requirements.
The Person:

You also have:
· A completed university degree.
· More than 2 years of experience in personnel administration and/or general affairs.
· Experience with employee onboarding, personnel administration, and HR record management.
· Experience using ADP and HRIS tools, including TRESS and Workday; SAP knowledge is a plus.
· English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with integrity, collaboration, agility, and accountability.
