What You Will Get To Do
The Repack Associate plays a key role in the order fulfillment process by ensuring that all products are picked, repacked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and organization when handling merchandise, ensuring that each parcel meets customer specifications and compliance requirements. The Repack Associate works closely with other team members to coordinate shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments utilizing the computer scanning system
- Ensure proper organization of product and pallets and loading material and products onto the pallets
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met
- Label boxes, box tags, or products, using marking tools and seal containers or materials, using tape gun
- Count products and materials when required
- Remove defective products or materials
- Assemble, line, and pad cartons and boxes and Load materials and products into package processing equipment
- Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools and pump cart
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- 1-2 years’ experience within a Distribution environment
- Able to perform repetitive lifting and body motions
- Must be flexible for overtime and weekends to meet business demands
- Strong attention to detail is mandatory
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
- Must have good manual dexterity
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an RF device an asset
- Flexible team player
