Sr. Channel Marketing Manager (Starlink)

SR. CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER (STARLINK)
Starlink is a revolutionary satellite constellation, delivering low-latency broadband internet around the world—bringing an unprecedented opportunity to significantly impact communities, businesses, and governments worldwide. The Consumer Sales Team is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager who will lead the customer experience within our channel partners' online and offline stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with retailers within the Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, or Technology sectors and leading omni-channel product transitions and retailer communications. This role requires a deep understanding of the omni-channel marketing and communication management. Success will require strategic influence and relationship building with channel partners to provide the best customer experience possible. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop branding and messaging strategies, and ensure execution consistency through our channel partners

Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment through channel partners through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics

Own channel marketing strategy and execution for key communication methods including on-line, in-store and emails

Contribute to the rapid growth by ensuring a seamless customer experience in our partner’s stores and online. This requires a blend of customer engagement, consumer-driven marketing acumen, hands-on execution, and strategic planning

Develop tailored marketing and content strategies for multiple countries, ensuring relevance and resonance with target customers

Monitor pipeline impact and engagement metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives

Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine and adapt strategies for improved impact
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or engineering
-
8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or brand strategy
-
5+ years of experience working on consumer technology brands/products
-
5+ years of experience managing consumer marketing teams with experience developing integrated marketing programs for large global brands
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
-
Experience building, executing, and scaling marketing programs with retailers at a global scale
-
Experience managing brand partners, driving mutual growth and results
-
Demonstrated success in structuring complex business commercial opportunities and driving them to completion
-
Independently motivated with a track record of project ownership and delivering measurable results
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
MBA or master’s degree with a business or technical focus preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
-
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Sr. Channel Marketing Manager: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Employees accrue paid sick leave pursuant to Company policy which satisfies or exceeds the accrual, carryover, and use requirements of the law.
