We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Analyst to design and deliver scalable, high-impact learning solutions across the organization. This role will drive enterprise learning strategies using the 70-20-10 adult learning model, including management, leadership, and individual contributor skill sets that are universal needs across departments. The role will also support enterprise-wide compliance training initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational and regional requirements, while partnering with senior stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce. You will play a key role in shaping global learning programs, digital learning ecosystems, and capability-building initiatives.
