So Fi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic portfolio of new initiatives within our Personal Loans business. In this role, you will define and drive a multi-quarter roadmap focused on unlocking new growth opportunities, expanding our product ecosystem, and delivering meaningful value to our members.
You will own and scale key cross-sell experiences, including systems that power intelligent product recommendations and ranking across So Fi surfaces. You’ll also evaluate and incubate new product opportunities, partnerships, and emerging bets that extend the reach of our Personal Loans platform.
This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear direction in evolving spaces, and is equally comfortable defining strategy and driving execution. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life and ensure they deliver measurable results.
What you’ll do
-
Identify and define new product opportunities that drive growth for Personal Loans, with a focus on cross-sell, engagement, and member value
-
Build and iterate on recommendation and ranking systems that surface the right products to the right members at the right time
-
Lead 0→1 product development from problem definition through launch, including experimentation, iteration, and scaling
-
Partner closely with Data Science to define models, inputs, and success metrics for personalization and optimization systems
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver high-quality experiences
-
Define and track key metrics, using data to inform prioritization, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement
-
Maintain a high-quality backlog and drive execution in a fast-paced, agile environment
-
Communicate product strategy, progress, and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
What you’ll need
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
5+ years of product management experience
-
Proven track record of owning product areas or initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
-
Experience defining product strategy and driving execution across a multi-quarter roadmap
-
Strong product intuition with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities and make sound prioritization decisions
-
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and analysis to guide decisions
-
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teams
-
Strong communication skills, including experience influencing stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership
Nice to have
-
Experience with growth, personalization, or recommendation systems
-
Background in fintech, lending, or consumer financial products
-
Experience working on 0→1 and scaling product initiatives
-
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
-
Exposure to machine learning–driven products or ranking systems
-
Experience building cross-sell or multi-product ecosystems
