- Major Accounts is a unique opportunity to drive new sales and revenue growth within key global customers in EMEA North. Snowflake is an innovative, high-growth, customer-focused company in a large and growing market. If you are an energetic, self-managed professional with experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities, we’d love to hear from you.
AS A SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER YOU WILL:

Have an in depth understanding on Snowflake's product in order to be able to provide guidance on selling, navigating complex legal negotiations, helping eliminate technical barriers, managing escalations

Hire an experienced team that fits Snowflake's profile for success
-
Enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust field sales team
-
Scaling and developing territories by planning strategically and effectively assigning accounts
-
Navigate complex legal negotiations and help eliminate technical barriers

Ensure success of events by collaborating with marketing efforts and being accountable for attendance

Manage weekly forecast meetings with leadership
AS A SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE:

Proven ability to independently recruit and manage teams of GAM's.
-
The ability to manage and motivate the team and drive them to success
-
Proven background in acquisition and management of large Global customers
-
Ability to think strategically and understand the "bigger picture" along with the business drivers around it
-
Extensive experience working with strategic and complex prospects & customers with cross-functional internal account teams.

Experience closing seven-figure, multi-year deals and creating strategic account plans.

Executive-level relationship management experience and an understanding of the business drivers for C-level stakeholders
