About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Sourcing Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and elevate our hiring standards. You won’t just be filling seats; you’ll be designing the architecture of our growth. This role sits at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on mentorship, overseeing a team of recruiters to ensure we attract, engage, and hire world-class talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a specialized team of sourcers fostering a culture of high-performance and accountability.
- Scalable Sourcing Architecture:
Design and implement sourcing strategies that align with long-term org design.
- AI-Augmented Optimization:
Lead the team’s conversion from manual processes to AI-driven workflows championing the adoption of AI to automate repetitive tasks.
- Strategic Business Partnership:
Act as a data-driven advisor to VPs and department heads providing sophisticated insights on market trends and benchmarks.
- Lifecycle & Funnel Audit:
Continuously refine the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will identify and clear "bottlenecks" in the hiring matrix to improve velocity and candidate quality.
- Program & Tool Governance:
Own the recruitment tech stack and program playbooks.
- Employer Brand Stewardship:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our value proposition is consistently and authentically communicated across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Experience:
5+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Communication:
Exceptional ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and influence org design decisions with empathy and clarity.
- Analytical Mindset:
Proficient in using data to build compelling business cases for headcount and infrastructure investment.
- AI Proficiency:
Deep familiarity with modern ATS/CRM systems and a demonstrated ability to optimize workflows using AI tools.
