We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team in Saudi and play a key role in supporting our growing organization.
What You’ll Do

Act as a trusted People Partner and primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support talent strategy, organizational design, and change initiatives

Lead and support the delivery of core HR programs including workforce planning, engagement, performance management, promotions, talent development, and succession planning
-
Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution, and escalate complex matters when needed
-
Support internal mobility, exits, performance management,and headcount changes in close collaboration with cross-functional partners
-
Administer and oversee employee lifecycle changes in Workday in partnership with the People Tech and People Operations teams

Maintain accurate HR documentation including contracts, transfers, promotions, and compliance records

Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), GOSI, Qiwa, and other local regulatory requirements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Model and reinforce Snap’s values of being smart, kind, and creativ
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
Strong experience across generalist HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and culture initiatives
Sound knowledge of Saudi labor law and local HR practices; experience with Saudization frameworks is a strong advantage -
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization -
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
-
Proficiency with Mac and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs); experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plu
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
-
5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a multinational or high-growth environment
-
Strong understanding of Saudi employment regulations and HR compliance
-
Fluency in Arabic is a must.
