Position Overview
Single Store’s GTM team is seeking a well-rounded Part-Time Visual Designer to support revenue-critical marketing and sales execution with high-quality, on-brand creative. This role focuses on fast, reliable delivery of digital and print assets that enable campaigns, events, and sales motions—helping the company show up consistently across every buyer touchpoint.
In our Revenue Marketing model, design is not a “brand studio” function, it is production leverage: faster program execution, fewer revisions, more consistent assets, and higher conversion confidence for executive audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver a range of assets including one-pagers, ebooks, presentation decks, event signage, social graphics, email headers, and web-supporting visuals.

Work within the existing brand system (color, type, layout, illustration styles), while suggesting thoughtful refinements when appropriate.

Collaborate directly with stakeholders: ask clarifying questions, gather inputs, and translate briefs into clear visual solutions.

Incorporate feedback efficiently; keep files organized and production-ready.

Ensure deliverables are accessible, on-brand, and optimized for channel requirements (presentations, PDFs, web, social, etc.).
Revenue Marketing–specific expectations (how this role creates leverage)

Maintain and improve self-serve templates for GTM teams (decks, one-pagers, event kits, social layouts) so execution can scale without constant design cycles.

Support Programs, Digital, and Content with rapid-turn creative for campaigns and events (including “last-mile” polish on executive-facing materials).

Reduce rework and cycle time by enforcing consistent specs (dimensions, exports, brand-safe layouts) and clear intake/feedback loops.
Your Experience

2–4+ years of professional design experience in agency and/or corporate environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing l ayout, typography, systems thinking, and brand work across digital and print.

Expert-level skills in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design); familiarity with Google Slides and PowerPoint.

Comfortable working within brand guidelines and design systems—knowing when and how to flex them.

Excellent communication skills; able to explain design decisions, receive feedback without ego, and keep projects moving.

Strong attention to detail (alignment, spacing, naming conventions, exports) and ability to manage multiple projects with realistic timelines.
Working Style

Remote collaboration primarily via Slack, email, and video calls.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced GTM environment where priorities can shift quickly (events, launches, deal support).

Type / Compensation
Part-time (up to 20 hours/week) • Hourly rate: $25/hour • May transition to full-time based on demand

Single store complaint from a coverage day might cost everything
Hey all, looking for perspective from anyone who’s dealt with store bans/steps. I’m an FTM Lead with a clean record and no active discipline. I normally only service this particular high-volume store a couple days a week (about 8 hours total). I swapped days with a coworker and covered one of his service days there.
