What does this role involve?
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of accounts payable operations across multiple regions.
- Acting as a strategic partner for the Customer and as point of contact for internal managers.
- Driving process optimization and supporting implementation of global solutions.
- Supporting transitions & transformation projects, as well as integration of new activities.
- Monitoring compliance with processes, quality requirements and deadlines.
- Close cross-functional collaboration and cooperation with Management.
What do we expect from you?
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills (Spanish and English language are essential – both written and spoken).
- Proficient knowledge of Accounts Payable processes based on previous experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and to work in an agile and project-based environment.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (esp. MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Strong orientation towards professional service delivery to external customers.
- Well-organized and self-motivated person (organizational skills, time management, decision making, adaptability and growth mindset).
