At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you’ll contribute to international energy projects that truly make an impact. Due to strong growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Controller to steer the financial side of our projects and act as a sparring partner for project and bid managers. Are you confident in fast-paced environments, able to stay calm under pressure, and ready to coach junior colleagues?
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for the commercial success of large energy infrastructure projects — from proposal to delivery. You’ll manage finances, risks, contracts, and opportunities while leading the project team. You’ll work closely with both sales and execution teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
Our business unit in The Hague is a global center of competence for energy distribution in data centers within Siemens worldwide. We design and deliver intelligent solutions for reliable and efficient energy distribution — essential for a sustainable future.
What You’ll Do
- Financial and contractual project management (sales & execution)
- Risk, claim, and change management
- Reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leading the project team and managing stakeholders
- Supporting sales with quotations and cost calculations
- Coordinating processes like insurance and taxation
What You Bring
Strong communication skills are key— can you engage and convince others?** Experience as a Project Controller in a (technical) team** environment is essential. Additionally:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance & Control or Business Economics, plus IPMA-B or equivalent
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, IFRS, SOX
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Detail-oriented team player with a coaching mindset
