Senior Logistics Analyst & Vendor Management Executive, SG Marketplace - 1 year contract (Fresh grad is welcome to apply!)

The 3PL Vendor Management team is responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable logistics operations by managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, optimizing delivery performance, and driving continuous improvements across the end-to-end fulfillment process

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of assigned 3PL partners by monitoring KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and driving corrective and long-term improvement plans.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational trends, optimize logistics processes, and support vendor performance reviews and negotiations.
• Oversee capacity planning by monitoring delivery volumes, validating capacity with internal analytics teams, and mitigating potential operational risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Claims & Reconciliation) to improve service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead vendor business reviews, manage SLA governance, and ensure compliance with contractual terms, including delivery performance, payment terms, and claims management.
• Support logistics projects and product enhancements, including system testing (UAT), process improvements, and operational rollouts.
• Drive the onboarding and integration of new logistics partners, including commercial negotiations, operational readiness, and performance monitoring.
• Continuously review and improve SOPs, processes, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proven experience in vendor management, performance management, and commercial negotiations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
