Business Development (Sales) Intern - Sales Marketplace (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Champion Shopee to merchants to onboard across our business models including Shopee’s marketplace
• See through the entire end-to-end acquisition process including but not limited to lead generation, door-to-door / face-to-face pitches and negotiations and store set-up
• Identify whitespaces through trend observation, competitor analysis, industry research to solidify and grow Shopee’s market leadership

Requirements

• Currently studying in a recognised university or polytechnic
• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership
• Excellent interpersonal skills enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
• Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills
• Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Industry knowledge in FMCG, Fashion, Lifestyle or Electronics is an advantage
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
