Strategic Project Lead, SG Business Development Sellers Management

The Seller Management Team (SMT) drives seller success and platform growth across revenue, seller journey, commercial programs, and Shopee Mall. SMT grows platform revenue through ads and seller programs, acquires and onboards new sellers, manages seller engagement and education, ensures price competitiveness, delivers strategic BD projects, and develops brand initiatives to strengthen the Shopee marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive Singapore e-commerce marketplace growth through new strategic initiatives
• Support Shopee’s AI capability building by identifying use cases, driving the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities, and improving business workflows
• Structure ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, analysis, and scalable strategy development
• Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, from development and implementation to business case realisation
• Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely and effective communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategy
• Exposure to AI-related projects would be advantageous
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or automation tools would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative problems
• Experience working cross-functionally with external partners or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
