Growth Projects Lead - Marketing, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Identify buyer insights and turn them into clear, actionable strategies
• Own end-to-end execution and deliver measurable impact
• Align with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and platform entities to drive projects

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Self-driven, organized, and able to lead cross-team work
• Excellent communication and alignment skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience (strategy, consulting)
• Basic understand of coding eg Python, SQL or similar tools
• Background in e-commerce or cross-functional projects
