Responsibilities

About the Program

The Associate Product Management Program is a six-month accelerated development journey designed for outstanding graduates and early-career professionals with less than two years of experience.

Through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on product ownership, you'll build the capabilities to become a Product Management (PM) while delivering products that create meaningful value for millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Learn the end-to-end product development lifecycle while progressively taking ownership of real product features.
• Identify customer and business needs through user research, product data, and business insights.
• Support in translating customer and business problems into clear product requirements and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver impactful product features.
• Measure product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous product improvements based on guidance and support.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s fresh graduate or <2 years of full-time experience (available full-time from Nov 2026).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Mindset: High ownership, proactive "can-do" attitude, curious, adaptable, and passionate about technology/digital products.
• Languages: Business-level English fluency (written & spoken).
• Nice-to-have: Prior experience in Tech/E-commerce/Fin Tech/Consulting/Product, or basic knowledge of product/data tools (SQL, Figma, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
