HSE Associate (Location: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/ supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.
• Support the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as requirements.
• Provide, maintain, and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices equipment, and utilize them in day-to-day training.
• Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety.
• Ensure the employees on the property comply with the company's policies and safety norms.
• Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and Procedures.
• Periodically coordinate and organize internal drills for incidents at projects.
• Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in writing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, and Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
• Ability to lead and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
• Able to work independently and meticulously.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S, Kaizen, standards, and HSE.
