Renovation - Warehouse (Bogor)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and technical assessments to identify and evaluate potential warehouse locations for business expansion
• Lead end-to-end facility setup and renovations, overseeing civil works, mechanical & electrical (M&E), and IT infrastructure installation
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery according to operational standards
• Manage vendor sourcing, tender processes, contract negotiations, and monitor contractor performance against project milestones
• Ensure optimal space utilization, infrastructure scalability, and strict compliance with safety, engineering, and local regulations
• Track project budgets, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation to provide regular progress updates to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse expansion, property acquisition, project management, or similar roles
• Experience handling end-to-end facility setup, including technical coordination (civil, M&E, and infrastructure readiness)
• Familiarity with building assessment, feasibility analysis, and vendor management
• Strong understanding of industrial property development and warehouse operations is preferred
