Learning & Quality Development - SPX Express

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain learning content for First Mile operations.
• Develop edu materials for onboarding, refresher, and process update.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support operational rollouts.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to enhance operational performance.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate operational requirements into effective training solutions.
• Manage learning projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Have passion in education & manpower quality development
• 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Content Development
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Creative mindset with good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, graphic design, video editing, or AI content creation tools is a plus.
