Senior Chinese Seller Management Lead (Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Business Leadership & Growth Ownership: Own the overall business performance and growth agenda for the CN Seller cluster, setting strategic direction and driving monthly and quarterly KPI delivery across KAM, Campaign, and key commercial teams.
• Growth Strategy & Value Creation: Define key growth priorities by identifying opportunities across seller segments, categories, adoption, and conversion, translating insights into high-impact strategies that drive sustainable and incremental growth.
• Portfolio & Resource Prioritization: Lead strategic prioritization across growth initiatives, seller incubation, campaigns, and commercial programs, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
• Leadership & Performance Governance: Establish a strong performance management cadence, proactively identify business risks and opportunities, and drive accountability across teams to deliver against strategic objectives.
• Cross-functional Leadership & Influence: Act as a senior business partner across Commercial, Marketing, Campaign, BI, and other key functions, influencing decisions, resolving complex blockers, and securing alignment and resources for critical priorities.
• Scale & Organizational Impact: Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that strengthen team effectiveness and accelerate growth across the broader business.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and strong working English.
• Strong data-driven mindset and structured problem solving; able to do target breakdown, forecasting, and post-mortems.
• Proven ability to build strategies and convert them into programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ownership across multiple teams and timelines.
• People management experience in e-commerce / marketplace roles (KAM, Category, BD).
• Consulting background is a plus.
