Business Development Intern - [FMCG - Health & Wellness] (Spring 2027)

Responsibilities

• Work with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support campaigns, brand activations, and strategic initiatives that drive growth in the Health & Wellness category
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities within the category
• Analyze sales and campaign performance to prepare reports and presentations, and generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to roll out campaigns and initiatives
• Support day-to-day communications with external stakeholders, assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship
• Learn first hand how global and local brands operate in the e-commerce space

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
• Keen and fast learner with a genuine curiosity about e-commerce and the Health & Wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and comfortable working with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
• Detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas
• Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local industries will be a plus
• Full-time interns
