Warehouse Assistant Quality Control - SPX Express (Senai, Johor)

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee daily operations and administrative functions.
• Assist Operations Supervisor in managing Quality Control daily operations for the Shopee International Platform team.
• Act as a backup team leader for the operation team.
• Manage high-stake processes such as intercepting prohibited parcels or dangerous goods and processing high-value parcels.
• Manage temporary staff attendance, productivity, and training, while ensuring work quality.
• Provide training to the Quality Control team on equipment utilization such as X-ray machines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address warehouse stuck orders issues.
• Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
• Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments or stakeholders.
• Intermediate computer skills such as Excel or Google Sheet.
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly (including lunch time), Overtime if required.
• Working location : Senai, Johor.
