Workforce PMO & Analytics (Scommerce)

Responsibilities

• Headcount Planning & Hiring Management: Build and maintain the warehouse labor model, converting volume forecasts, productivity targets and span-of-control assumptions into headcount and cost plans for budget submissions and periodic planning cycles; oversee and standardize the end-to-end hiring process in partnership with HR and the vendor management team.
• Performance & Incentives: Design, roll out and reconcile productivity-based incentive schemes; Define individual performance metrics for frontline staff, build integrated visibility across staff profile, attendance and performance data, and launch data-driven initiatives to manage performance and continuously strengthen the workforce mix.
• WFM Product Adoption: Drive adoption of workforce management system modules (e-KYC, roster planning, facial attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) across warehouses; Gather requirements from Operations and HR, raise enhancement requests to product teams, and lead rollout to fully digitalize manpower data.
• Data Analytics: Explore automation and AI tools to build and maintain workforce dashboards covering headcount, fill rate, attendance, productivity and labor cost across the warehouse network; Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify cost drivers and productivity gaps; Translate findings into clear recommendations and regular reports for operations and senior management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in consulting, project management or data analytics; exposure to workforce planning, manpower management or operations is a plus, preferably in logistics, e-commerce or manufacturing.
• Analytical & Modeling Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
• Project Delivery: Proven ability to structure problems and manage cross-functional projects end to end, from requirements gathering and SOP documentation through system or process rollout and change management.
• Business & Operational Acumen: Quick to grasp operational workflows, shift structures and labor-cost trade-offs, and able to connect data insights to business decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across Operations, HR, Finance, Product and Regional teams.
• Agility: Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
• Language: Fluent in Thai and English.
