Associate, HRBP, Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of HR activities, including HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, and operational HR processes.
• Work closely with the HR Lead to implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy rollouts aligned with business needs.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and support the development of best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and develop HR agendas aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, career development & team effectiveness
• Monitor team morale and sentiment through feedback channels and direct engagement; identify potential issues early and propose proactive, actionable solutions
• Analyse people data and team health metrics to generate insights that support decision-making
• Champion and uphold company culture and values across all areas of work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of HR related experiences
• Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment is a plus.
