Fullfillment Strategic Planning (Inventory)

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Slotting Optimization: Develop velocity-based slotting models using historical order patterns, seasonal trends, and product co-picking affinities to position high-demand SKUs for minimal travel distance and maximum picking speed.
• Capacity and Layout Modeling: Formulate inventory capacity forecasts and evaluate high-density storage configurations (racking/shelving systems) to optimize total cubic space utilization against projected inventory growth.
• Integrate Risk-Based Audit and Loss Analytics into Slotting Layouts: Build predictive shrinkage heatmaps and statistical variance models to identify high-risk zones, using these insights to design dynamic and optimize SKU placement to minimize discrepancies and safeguard inventory integrity.
• Inventory Project Execution: Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse optimization projects by collaborating closely with on-site operations to turn analytical frameworks into implemented operational standards.
• Key KPIs: Inventory volumetric and location utilization, replenish and pick travel time, replenish and putaway adherence, project execution on-time

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in process improvement and project management with a background in warehouses, logistics, supply chain operations or engineering. Candidates with relevant experience in data analysis for large-scale warehouses or distribution centers are preferred.​
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, google sheet): capable of scenario building, forecasting and interpreting impact through numbers is required.
• Strong numerical acumen with good understanding on key drivers, able to connect the dots between spreadsheet numbers and on-the-ground operations
• Creative and critical thinker who can challenge the status quo and explore more efficient operating models
• Highly self-motivated and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and proficient in verbal and written English communication, with the ability to document layout plans and collaborate with international teams.​
• Experience in using layout planning tools (e.g., CAD software, warehouse simulation tools) is a plus.
