HR Project - SPX Express

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity projects or multiple workstreams within a larger initiative
• Develop structured project plans, timelines, and ensure execution aligns with objectives
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights and practical recommendations
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder discussions and alignment sessions
• Ensure quality and coherence of deliverables across assigned scope
• Identify and mitigate project risks within workstream scope
• Supervise and review work of Junior Associates where it applicable

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR consulting, transformation, or project management roles
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capability
• Experience leading workstreams or small teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage moderate ambiguity and cross-functional coordination
