Affiliates Intern - Singapore Marketing (Spring 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns with Enterprise partners and/or individual affiliates on Shopee Ambassador Programme
• Manage campaign creatives, communications, and incentive programs to achieve affiliate marketing goals
• Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to support execution of platform and brand campaigns

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or related field)
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach, with strong knowledge of Excel
• Self-starter, fast learner and a team player
• Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or in marketing agency is a plus
