Senior Driver Planning, Operations - ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly driver supply plans for Shopee Food’s operating regions, ensuring highly accurate projections by analyzing all aspects of platform operations.
• Research and gain in-depth knowledge of food and express delivery services to identify operational challenges and implement initiatives that enhance driver and order performance.
• Collaborate with the Area Operations team (Field Ops) to drive performance management initiatives and build driver capacity aligned with regional and city-specific strategic growth plans.
• Analyze business metrics, prepare impactful presentations of findings, and create visual data displays to engage stakeholders in identifying solutions.
• Assess the economic and strategic implications of driver incentive programs and collaborate with relevant teams to implement optimization and growth strategies.
• Provide guidance on KPI development, setting indicators that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and other related courses
• At least 4 years of industry experience in Operations or Business Intelligence with proven business impact
• Advanced Excel skills (SQL is a plus)
• Experience project management skills, with excellent attention to detail, a solid data-driven mindset, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to design project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across all involved parties regarding scope and timelines
• Skilled in problem structuring, defining clear problem statements, formulating hypotheses, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a user-friendly manner
• Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the regions
